What we have done?

Organizational Highlights in Africa and the United States

Books

We have Shipped two containers of books, school supplies, sports equipment to Liberia prior to the Ebola outbreak

Food & Clothes

Post Ebola, We packaged food and sent used clothes and shoes to small villages in Liberia. Create a school garden in Arizona.

Orphanage

Books From Bobby Inc. is currently, supporting an orphanage in Kenya.

The organization has created:

Out of school programs that increased parents and youth engagement at schools in Iowa and Arizona

Three Robotics teams at one middle and two high schools in Des Moines, Iowa
School garden in Chandler, Arizona
Partnerships with Des Moines Public Schools, Evelyn K. Davis Center and Des Moines Area Community College first high school apprenticeship program that offered dual credits
Schoolwide systems of support for African American and Latino males and female mentors and mentees for the Sister For Success and Brothers 2 Brothers Program at Des Moines Public Schools.
